Analysis Of The Influence Of Work Communication, Work Targets, And Work Discipline On Employee Performance Productivity At PT Bank SUMUT KCPSy City New Marelan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work communication, work targets, and work discipline on employee performance productivity at PT. Bank SUMUT KCPSy City New Marelan. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques. The types of data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population of this study was 31 people who were also the research sample, while the data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Then using data analysis with multiple regression analysis equations and supported by validity and reliability tests, processing the data using the SPSS version 23 program. The research results show that there is a partial influence of work communication on employee performance productivity as evidenced by Tcount (3.213) > Ttable ( 2.051), there is a partial influence of work targets on employee performance productivity as evidenced by Tcount (3.108) > Ttable (2.051), there is a partial influence of work discipline on employee performance productivity as evidenced by Tcount (4.123) > Ttable (2.051), and there is a partial influence Simultaneous work communication, work targets, and work discipline on employee performance productivity is proven by Fcount (6.556) > Ftable (3.354).
