Cooperation is one way that can be used by each country that has the same interest in a matter. The existence of cooperation in addition to indicating the existence of a common interest or goal to be achieved, there is also a common threat to be neutralized by the parties involved in the cooperation. One form of cooperation discussed in this research is trilateral cooperation involving three countries: Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia. These three countries have a common interest, namely to exploit the natural resources found in the Caucasus region which are in the territory of each country. The cooperation established by these three countries is multi-sectoral, such as the economic, energy, and even security sectors. In addition to dealing with common threats against Russia, this cooperation is also used to strengthen relations between the three countries in the same region. This research employs the use of the qualitative-descriptive method based on the library research approach, which utilizes numerous existing data as an integral part to analyse the aforementioned problem. This research demonstrates how the trilateral cooperation is carried out and the effects of the cooperation.
