Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Kelompok Nelayan Penerima Bantuan Menggunakan Metode SMARTER

Abstract

Assistance for fishing facilities (BSPI) is the provision of assistance to groups of fishermen in the form of fishing boats, fishing gear and boat engines that are selective and not continuous with the aim of protecting against possible social risks. The decision support system for selecting groups of fishermen who receive assistance with fishing facilities is a system that can provide solutions and recommendations as consideration for making appropriate decisions so that aid recipients are right on target. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system by applying the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) method and using Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting on each criterion and sub-criteria. This study resulted in a system that could facilitate Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Deli Serdang in determining prospective recipients of fishing facilities assistance based on the criteria and sub-criteria set by the Kementerian Kelautan Perikanan and Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Deli Serdang.
