Penerapan Metode K-Means Dalam Pengelompokan Penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Pada Kantor Kepala Desa Kecamatan Hamparan Perak

Abstract

The Hamparan Perak District Village Head's Office is one of the regional agencies within Deli Serdang Regency, also playing its role as an instrument in the district government. BLT funds at the Hamparan Perak District Village Head's Office are distributed once every 3 months in 1 year, before distributing the funds for the first time, the Regional Government must first record the number of KPM (Human Development Cadres), unless based on the Village Conference there are no BLT recipients. The author tries to create a system that can help the Hamparan Perak District Village Head's Office in grouping BLT recipients which makes it easier to select people who receive BLT according to the criteria determined by the government. This system applies the K-Means Clustering method which can determine the criteria that will be used and then determine the number of clusters that you want to use, making it easier for agencies to carry out the process of providing direct cash assistance.
