Abstract

Prime Plaza Hotel Kualanamu is one of the hotels in Medan City in the Kualanamu area. Prime Plaza Hotel Kualanamu is one of the well-known hotels in the city of Medan. Hotel data management such as master data settings, staff management and room management is only written by manual recording carried out by one person (employee) only. This allows errors in hotel management to be made by employees working at Prime Plaza Hotel Kualanamu. Here the role of information systems is really needed to help this hotel business to be better than before. Prime Plaza Hotel Kualanamu often experiences problems in providing rooms for special customers on holidays such as New Year, Christmas and Idul Fitri holidays. Prime Plaza Hotel Kualanamu is experiencing a shortage of rooms which has resulted in an increase in the number of guests, so that requests from guests cannot be fulfilled optimally. To overcome these obstacles, simulations are needed to fulfill the request for the number of rooms from incoming guests. Consumer activities are very dynamic and full of high levels of comfort. In determining accommodation, consumers consider many things such as type, location, price, level of boredom, experience and influence of the surrounding environment. This consumer activity will influence hotel sleeping activities. A lodging accommodation will attract consumer interest as a source of income and each consumer will get satisfaction from meeting their needs.
