vacancies in a particular company, the job application process is more often done manually by taking them directly to the company's location, inputting prospective employees and processing data is still manual and there is no system that facilitate the personnel department in selecting employees and to recruit employees for print media advertising services so that the process is quite long and for applicants who are interested in job vacancies info can go directly to the office to submit a cover letter after the application letter is processed by HRD and announced by the company, the applicant called to do a written test manually ahead of time the written test is announced for applicants who pass can be called to work in this method of handling recruitment so practically the applicant does not get other alternatives to be able to ask questions and cannot get complete information except coming to the company this is very burdensome for prospective employees if prospective employees come from out of town other problems arise when applicants have problems in carrying out tests more than once and applicants have to come more than once as for some applicants who are actually potential but reluctant apply because lazy to apply to the company.
